Patient information in pieces
The patient file sits in one system, test sheets on paper, pathology in a lab portal, and reminders in yet another tool.
AllergyWorkflow is a patient management system built for allergy and immunology. Patient files, skin prick and patch testing, pathology, treatments, and patient messages live together — one source of truth for every patient journey.
Built on a patient management system already running allergy clinics day to day.
Every practice is different. If any of these sound like your clinic, we'd like to hear from you.
The patient file sits in one system, test sheets on paper, pathology in a lab portal, and reminders in yet another tool.
Wheal sizes, patch test readings, and treatment notes get copied from one place to the next, then again into a letter or report.
Reminders, results, and follow-ups for immunotherapy go out by phone or from a separate tool that doesn't know the patient's history.
Built for allergy and immunology, not adapted from a general practice system.
In use in the existing system · Being adapted for the new version
Every patient's history, documents, and visits in one record, from the first referral onward.
Purpose-built test documentation, with readings and reports that go straight into the patient file.
Keep pathology requests and results with the patient, next to their allergy test findings.
Plan and follow each patient's treatment across visits, including immunotherapy courses.
Send patients reminders, results, and updates by email or SMS without leaving the system.
Testing isn't a bolt-on. Results flow into the patient file, the report, and the treatment plan.

Here's where things stand.
AllergyWorkflow is a patient management system for allergy and immunology clinics. It keeps patient files, skin prick and patch testing, pathology, treatments, and email and SMS in one place. It's built on a system already in use at allergy clinics, and we're preparing a new version for clinics in more countries.
Not yet. The new version is under development and is not available for clinical use. Local allergen panels, patch test series, and report formats need adapting first. The dashboard shown here uses fictional data.
The existing system covers patient files, skin prick and patch testing, pathology, treatments including immunotherapy, and email and SMS. It also supports spirometry. Which parts come first in the new version depends on what clinics tell us they need.
We plan to bring AllergyWorkflow to clinics around the world, in stages, starting where interest is strongest. Launch dates have not been set. Professionals in any country can register their interest.
Pricing has not been decided. We'd like to understand your clinic's needs and willingness to pay before setting plans. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase commitment.
We use your professional contact details to manage early access, discuss your workflow, and share relevant product updates. Site analytics are separate, and you can turn them off under “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Please do not submit patient information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
