A few things to know

Good Questions.
Clear Answers.

We're early in the journey.
Here's where things stand.

Is CleanProof available today?

Not yet. CleanProof is a proposed product. We're inviting commercial cleaning contractors to share their workflow and help shape the product before launch.

What happens after I apply for early access?

Tell us about your current workflow. We will review your interest and may contact you to discuss your needs, gather feedback or invite you to future testing opportunities. The product is in development; applying does not guarantee access or a launch date.

How much does it cost?

Pricing has not been set. We are validating the workflow and learning what contractors need before defining plans. Applying for early access is free and creates no purchase commitment.

Does it replace my scheduling or payroll software?

No. CleanProof is meant to sit alongside the tools you already use, as a reporting layer. Scheduling, payroll and invoicing are out of scope.

Do photos prove the work was done?

Photos, timestamps and checklists are records of a visit, not a guarantee of service or cleaning quality. The aim is to make visits easier to review and client questions easier to answer.

What about privacy?

We'll agree with you what crews may photograph, and avoid people, access codes and confidential documents. Please don't include client or staff personal information in this form.
