Your application information

Who receives your application

Arthur Macedo, creator of SupplierFile, receives and reviews applications. Contact contato@codesmacedo.com.br with questions or requests about your information.

What we collect and why

We collect your work email and an optional comment. We use these details to understand interest in the planned product and contact you about your application. Your acknowledgement is required and recorded with its time and wording version. It is not a newsletter subscription or purchase agreement. Earlier applications may also include a name, company, country, role, supplier count, tracking method and stated price interest. These details are no longer asked on the form.

Storage and access

Applications are saved in this website’s PostgreSQL database and available to authorized operators through its authenticated administration area.

Application email notifications are disabled. Arthur reviews applications in the administration area.

Retention and your choices

We retain applications while evaluating early-access interest and following up with applicants. You may withdraw your interest and request deletion at any time.

Deletion is handled by the operator. Deleted records may remain in backups until those backups expire.

You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your application, using the contact method above. Do not include supplier files, payment details or sensitive business records in this form.

Cookies and measurement

A first-party session cookie supports secure submission. If your visit has campaign codes, a signed first-party cookie retains the first eligible campaign for 30 days and saves those codes with your application. Do not put personal information in campaign URLs.

Optional Google measurement is disabled unless configured and you choose to allow it in “Analytics preferences.” It measures page visits, application-button locations, form starts and backend-confirmed new applications. Application contents are not sent to analytics. Your browser choice is stored for up to 180 days; you can change it in the footer. Withdrawal stops future tracking and removes accessible first-party Google measurement cookies, but cannot recall data already sent.
